These leg warmers are a good fit and keep my legs warm during cold morning rides.
Great quality and fit as expected
I work out doors a lot in the cold and these leg warmers fit good and they're super warm.

My specs: I'm 5'4", typically an XS/0-2 in women's clothes, with average-size/-length legs. I ride my road bike 3-5 times per week on trips of ~30 miles or less. I got these Sugoi leg warmers in black in XS, and they fit great -- right on the money in terms of sizing.

It has started getting cold here at dusk/night, and I get cold pretty easily to begin with. I've worn these leg warmers with me on three rides now with temps down to 50 degrees and was comfortable the entire ride. They have a grippy silicone elastic band at the top to hold the warmer on your thigh, and the inside is lined with soft fleece. There's a zipper on the back of each calf with a reflective covering. The XS is a perfect match for the length of my legs, given where my cycling shorts hit on my thigh.

I also have a pair of Nashbar leg warmers (size Small), and while those get the job done, all I can say is: you get what you pay for. If you need leg warmers and you're on a budget, by all means, go for the Nashbar ones. But if you can afford to pay just a little more, get the Sugois; they blow the Nashbar warmers out of the water because:
1) They're warmer. I feel far less wind through my Sugois, and the fleecy lining is cozier and more thermal than the Nashbars.
2) The silicone band holds up the Sugois better than that on the Nashbars.
3) The Sugois are not cut straight down, like a pair of pants (and like the Nashbars). Instead, they're cut so that there's a slight bend at the knee, which reduces bunching and keeps them from sliding up/down on your leg.

The only downside to the Sugoi warmers is that they're shorter than my Nashbars (which are actually super long and cover my entire leg from ankle to groin). If I were 2" taller or more, I'd want to size up to the Small in these Sugois.

Overall, highly recommended.

I've been rocking some old Pearl Izumi leg warmers whose rubber elastic is falling out. They're also old enough that there's no reflective piping, which is a feature I miss since I commute on the bike at dawn and nightfall. The Sugoi legwarmers are great. I've seen a picture on the internet suggesting that they're clamdigger length, but they fit just fine and extend from midthigh to ankle. They're plenty warm for temps as low as the 40s, maybe even the high 30s. I still found that they tended to shift downwards if I wore them over my biking shorts, so I still pull the shorts over the tights. I'm anticipating getting a lot of seasons out of these warmers.

I would describe these as mid-weight leg warmers. I don't think they're designed for the coldest cycling weather but they're perfect for my needs here in SW Florida where the coldest cycling weather is typically 50-60 degrees. They might be fine in colder weather but if it's below 50 I use the trainer so these are untested below that. I bought size medium and the fit is perfect in both width and length. They're tight enough to stay up but not so tight that they are constricting. The zipper at the bottom makes for easy on and off and the silicon at the top adds extra gripping which is nice. I'm 5'9" and 152 lbs with long but very skinny legs and like I said, the fit is great. Interestingly, my wife wears these same leg warmers (they're unisex) also in a size medium and she's 5'8" and 121 lbs. They have a bend in them so you have to put them on in a certain way. This can be annoying when you're getting kitted up in the dark while still half asleep but overall it's a nice feature that probably makes these leg warmers more comfortable than ones without a bend. The fabric is soft, slick, and stretchy with a extra degree of softness on the inside and they look sharp. I also tried on a pair of Pearl iZumi leg warmers that were made of a thicker and warmer material that wasn't as comfortable and was too hot for Florida. Furthermore, the Pearls didn't have silicon at the top so they didn't stay up very well. You had to depend on your shorts to hold up the leg warmers. That is not the case with the Sugoi. Overall, I highly recommend these leg warmers and if you're cycling in cool weather you have to have a pair.

~180 cms, 190 lbs, average legs (length and build). Ordered a medium basis other's fit recos, and it was perfect for me. Incidentally, these are not as short as they look in the picture, and provide cover from my ankle to upper thighs comfortably.

Have used these in the 10 C/ 50 F temperature range, and they are ideal for that temperature. I suspect they will work reasonably for a few degrees lower too. Material quality is excellent, and if you wear them right, they stay in place (i.e. don't roll down)/.

Highly recommended.

I'm 5'11", approx 145 lbs and ordered the medium size. They fit well enough that they don't seem inclined to go anywhere easily and haven't drifted at all so far, though I'm sure they will drift down some with enough movement and time worn (any leggings/socks/etc will eventually try to slip down with enough movement). The zipper on the bottom allows them to open enough they can be slipped on or off without taking off your shoes if you need to, though they do a good enough job of keeping you warm in the cold without overheating you in warm weather (I had them on in 90 degree weather and felt fine) that it really shouldn't be necessary.
