I ordered these headphones about a month and a half and ago and they arrived on time. The sound quality is great; good bass, clear sound, nice treble. They do skip every once in a while but I kind of expected that from Bluetooth headphones. It could be devices that I use them with though, I'm not sure. I get a good 30 feet away from them(through walls) without the signal fading. The battery life is good: about 20 hours of music or whatever. Very comfortable as they said. I haven't used the mic so I can't say anything about that. I was a hesitant to buy something that wasn't a well known brand but I'm definitely pleasantly surprised. The price is great for the product. I'd definitely recommend them.

I got these for my Ipod Touch and they work very well. They are easy to pair with the Ipod Touch. You can adjust the volumn and skip songs/scenes from the head set. You can also pause movies and songs from the head set as well. I usually get head phones that you stick in the ear and usually don't like the headphones that actually go over my ears, but these are actually feel comfortable.

I received these yesterday. They connected immediately with my Droid Bionic, but woe is me when I tried to get them working in Windows 7 64 bit. I went on a search and found several possible solutions but none of these worked. Finally I got lucky when searching on the Haredware ID version (found in control panel). This number is "BTHENUM\{0000110b-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&000f" and you can google this to find the driver. I would have rated these a 4 or 5 if this driver had been easier to find. The quality is quite satisfactory and they seem to work well with my phone and PC at this point.

I don't know about the battery life. I am going to leave these on all day streaming music to see how they do.

First the product itself.
I have had this headset for about a month and am happy with the quality. It comes with easily understood instructions. It paired easily with my LG Optimus S (yeah I'm sorry, too) and the controls all operated my phone/music player as advertised. I was able to move from room to room without interruption. I would say that the controls feel fairly well-made. To be honest, at what price point today would we have to be at where something doesn't feel a little cheaper than we'd like. The ear pieces are nicely padded and solidly tucked into the headset. The headset does fold, but doesn't really stay closed by itself. If you're going to be carrying it around it would have been nice to have a case of some sort to put it in, but not a deal breaker for me - a rubber band will do just fine for those times I need to carry it with me. Listening quality is a little better than a wired ear bud set, about what I expected. Call quality on the other end apparently is a little muffled at times, but I've heard the same complaint about other wireless headsets. The flashing blue light that indicates the headset is on is noticeable but you quickly get use to it, and is probably more annoying to others if you're in public.

Interesting note: I realized that the name Britelink does not appear on the packaging at all, with the exception of a UPC code sticker that was apparently placed over the original UPC code.

Finally, the concept.
This is the first behind the neck style of headphones I've ever worn/bought and they will be my last. I suspect my complaints would be the same with any behind the neck headset. I just found them to be uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. While they're not particularly heavy, they do hang down, thus tugging on your ears.Read more ›

I received this headset for Christmas. I work from home as software consultant and spend a lot of time on conference calls (Skype, Google Voice) on my iMac. I have been using my Mac built in microphone and speakers. I just switched to this today. I don't know whether it is Bluetooth limitations or the headset, but the audio through the headset is decided poor quality - all mid-range with very little lows and highs. The microphone in the headset is in the body of the right ear phone. It seems to pick up just fine. If you are tethered to a PC most of the time, I would recommend an different (USB) connection set. Forget about listening to music through these bad boys. It sounds like a 1960's era car audio system. The only real plus I have is that they are indeed very comfortable.

works flawlessly with my phone ever since i connected it. The life of the headset outperforms the phone battery charge time to a remarkable amount... it however connected to my desktop once and has never reconnected to my desktop. Also there seem to be no available drivers to allow this to happen.
It can be quite cumbersome and uncomfortable behind your neck based on how you rest your head but if you are on the go..these are great and very comfortable on the ears.
in summary.. if you intend to get this for your pc i will not recommend but for your phone or mobile device this is a great addition.
