Per our custodian, this is okay for small areas, i.e., good for home use. We're using it on our linoleum floors in our school, which is not extensive square footage. Mostly a hall, 3 bathrooms and 2 classrooms. We purchased two cases of 5 pads (a total of 10 pads). It was just disappointing on how quickly the pads wore down. Each pad shredded and disintegrated. When this occurred, shredded pad, along with the stripper and wax buildup splattered everywhere.
