I originally was going to rate this item 1 stars after I received it but have since changed my mind. I ordered 4 net lights from the Christmas Central and they arrived promptly. Once I plugged them in, they were not the same color white (two bright white, one yellowish, one blueish). I emailed the company right away with a photo and explained the situation. Within 24 hours they had responded to my email and sent me 2 more net lights to match the 2 bright ones i had explaining a vendor issue. Overall, the customer service was phenomenal and the product itself is exactly what I expected. I have purchased things on amazon for years and this is the first time I thought of providing feedback, but think it warrants it.

The delivery was prompt. The lights give glistering (bright) snow-like appearance to our hedge. We moved from Canada to Southern United Stated, and the very interesting appearance of the polar lights reminds us of home and the winter.

The lights were great. But be careful not to make a mistake in your order, because the returns procedure is not good. I accidently ordered the wrong color. I Knew straight away when I tested the lights in the living room. I wrote for a return label on the 7th and have just heard back from them(12th) and am not happy that I have to pay a restocking fee of 10%.
