Installed this into a Dell PowerEdge T310 to use with VMWare ESXi 6.0, and it worked without a hitch. I chose it because it was the least expensive, but now I'm glad I did, given the features the Emulex processor offers (namely, SR-IOV). Not sure how much longer these will be available, but if you're on the fence, go for it!
