I order this product to try and save some money on the Brothers drum units. The product ordered stated that it was new. However, when I recieved the item there was ink powder in side of the drum units. When I tried to call the company phone # that was on the invoice I was unable to get in touch with anyone. It kept saying error in the line. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

It seemed as though this product would include toner--the description is unclear at best. I bought it for that purpose. When I opened it and discovered it was NOT what I was intending to purchase, I asked to return it. However, having opened it meant they would not allow a return.

Disappointed that there was no mention in the description that this "Genuine Brother" product was in fact a recycled Brother product. Seems to work but each unit is dirty, with toner residue on the edges of the roller. They may work, but my expectation was a GENUINE BROTHER product - new.
