I bought this for a gal friend who loves wine. Thought it would be something different that you don't find in someone's house every day. And boy was it different. It is obviously bigger than a regular shoe, but it holds a wine bottle perfectly. I saw one in a wine store for a lot more money and so I picked up this one on Amazon.com at a better price. It was a hit with the recipient and I am happy with my purchase. These come in different colors so you should be able to find one for any occasion.

It was very cute but arrived chipped and wasn't packaged great. I got it only a day before I was supposed to gift it so didn't have time to work things out, however just being that it wasn't packaged good and arrived chipped, I wouldn't recommend it. It's super cute though just very delicate so if you don't mind a possible little ding, or have enough time to inspect it, then go for it. I still gave it as a gift, explaining the chip and not having time to replace it, and she was okay with it, just was going to paint the chip to match and hide it.
