These really have been helping with what was extreme Venous Insufficiency of the lower leg. Thank Goodness--very glad we can subscribe to it too. You may need heartburn meds for these, but it's hardly as bad as the alternative.

I only purchased the smaller bottle of 60 capsules because I was skeptical these would actually work in helping diminish my varicose veins. Well, after only 9 days I can say I'm truly a believer. I had a number of smallish clusters of dark blue/purple varicose veins on my legs, with one fairly large cluster on my upper right calf. As an RN, I'm on my feet for hours a day and am prone to these unsightly marks. I've been taking 2 capsules each day with food and as I was inspecting my legs today I've noticed that a few clusters are completely gone! As for the others, including the largest cluster, they are visibly lighter...almost look the way a bruise would begin to look as it fades. I'm truly amazed.

As for my leg aches, while not completely diminished, I am finding I am less aware of the pains I normally get from standing too long, so I believe it is starting to help in that regard as well. I'm sure it's too soon to know if these will help eliminate these aches, so I'll update my review after I've taken these capsules consistently for a few months.

I can say I'm extremely pleased so far in this product's effectiveness, and am excited to see continued improvement in the appearance of my legs. The only negative effect of taking these is that they tend to cause minor heartburn, especially if taken on an empty stomach, so I recommend taking them with food. I believe this is a side effect of the cayenne pepper that this supplement contains. However, while a minor nuisance, this side effect is often short-lived and will not prevent me from continuing to take these.

I was skeptical when I first started these. They DO end up helping with the varicose veins from obesity and the genetics that run in my family. The biggest downside of these however is if I don't eat a little dinner and stop in the middle to take these I end up with horrible heart burn that will make me retch at night. (So don't take them before or after eating!!)

The down side is that you have to keep taking them to keep getting the benefit. Once you stop you have to take them again for about a week before the benefits return. The price point is great compared to buying at my local Kroger and they seemed fresh and potent to get the job done.

Greatest thing I could have found to help with my Raynauds. This winter has definitely been more bearable. I'm able to go out now when the temps are in the 30's and not have my fingers turn ungodly white. I tried just the horse chestnut first, but it didn't make as much difference as this did. It does take a little while to start making a significant difference, but it's well worth the wait! I cannot take it on an empty stomach though, the dandelion tends to make me a little queasy.
