I was prescribed Sentra AM and PM which is very expensive and had to find. I went on Amazon to find an alternative and decided to try this. I have horrible panic attacks where I feel Im going to pass out and have a racing heart. This medication makes me feel so balanced. I have informed my doctor about this medication so that she can recommend to patients like me who don't want the typical prescribed meds in their system. Please give it a try. It works

True Calm was the first herbal remedy for Anxiety that I had every tried, and it is also helpful for sleep because of the Valerian Root in it. I do recommend this to folks who are wanting to explore the all natural route to their tension and anxiety. It may help you. I personally didn't find it helpful for my depression, but I don't believe that's what it's for. It does take the edge off, however and that's what I purchased it for. I have had anxiety problems since I was 17 and I am now 24. It is said that with Valerian Root you are supposed to take a break from it for several months before taking it back up again. All the information I found on it was through online research and I recommend you do your own research before trying any medicine, whether it be doctor prescribed or herbal. This medicine has helped me tons throughout the past several years with all of my stress and I do recommend it to anyone. This is the reason for my 5 star rating.

I have been using this product for over a year and it has helped me calm down anxiety symptoms considerably. This is one of the few natural products that has a positive effect from first dose. Only as a personal experience I recommend this product to people who are dealing with mild to moderate anxiety by itself and in combination with other natural products such as passion fruit flower (among others) OR with your regular prescribed PRN medication (my case) for high anxiety. It has helped me not have to use my medication as often and fend off panic attacks. I felt that since it has help me so much and I have been taking it for well over a year without any side effects that I should tell others since it works, its natural and really inexpensive.

This is my 6th purchase of true calm and I have never been disappointed. I use this with L-trytophan and together these two substances has changed my quality of life; along with reading the bible. I use to drink alcohol daily just to get by; even at work. Now I only drink a little on the weekends if I want to and I can enjoy alcohol without getting addicted because on these supplements; they make me enjoy accomplishing things sober. The feeling it gives you after being on them for awhile feels way better than the alcohol high.

I found this product while looking for ways to reduce stress (because my husband and I are both suddenly dealing with high blood pressure and stress reduction is, apparently, job one when it comes to lowering your BP) and it's done exactly that.

I take one at bedtime and one first thing in the morning and I'm on an even keel all day long and am getting better rest at night. My husband on the other hand cannot take a morning dose as it makes him sleepy.

I probably didn't purchase this with the intention of using it on a long term bases. I had to get through a class presentation and speak in front of my classmates. I have a SEVERE phobia of public speaking ...not like the 'average' SEVERE phobia... I mean like I WILL PASS OUT. Ok I am being a tad bit melodramatic here but lets just say the usual normal nervous (hands sweating, stomach hurting, heart beating a million beats a min) has nothing on my "nervous" Get it?

So I decided to buy this....

On the day of my speech I took like 8 of these in a 5 hour period. Dumb I know , it was either this or taking at least 3 shots of tequila right before class, alcohol was not an option (unfortunately).

I can honestly say that my nerves and anxiety were VERY settled. I do not know If I would've been able to get through the presentation, without this stuff. Don't get me wrong I was still crazy nervous but 'normal' nervous not my usual...you get the picture. I ended up getting an A+ Yay! Thank you Now True Calm.

To conclude this short review, I give this 4 stars. I took one star off because this makes you somewhat sleepy, that's good if you take it at night, but not so good when you have crazy anxiety and are trying to get through the day.

Say what you want about homeopathic remedies. This WORKS. I did a massive amount of research before buying this product and was skeptical. I've always been skeptical of "home remedies". But I've now used it for 3 years and it has helped me enormously with stress and the occasional panic attacks I would have. I take this with a combination of Valerian root and vitamin B and I now only need to take it once or twice a week.
