The thermal paper rolls arrived in a bag exactly like it shows in the provided picture except that the poor packaging left dark bruises on them.
That, however, does not affect the quantity of thermal printing, once you get rid of the first few inches of each roll.
the price seemed reasonable, but I didn't have time to search for a deal.

This product arrived poorly packaged and dirty. Lots of spots of something stuck to the rolls. Had to pull off the first segment of each roll to discard. Scraped off the spots on the ends. Otherwise, they work fine in my credit card processor. The price was very good. You decide.

NOT 3 1/8 inch - it's actually 3 1/16 inch - which sounds like a small difference, but the last digit of each receipt gets cut off. Kinda important! I have a Star eco TSP100 receipt printer. Adjusting the margins doesn't help - I've tried almost everything to make this work.

I had read how others complained the outside of the rolls look dingy. To me this is not a big deal. You have to lose the first 6 in. or so of any roll anyway because of the adhesive they all use to keep them intact until use. Once you do that they are as clean as a whistle. These work as well as any other office supply brand register rolls. I use these in our credit card machine. I would purchase again.

I got this for my credit card machines and the paper rolls were in a clean plastic bag. However the rolls were all very very dirty! I had to take off the first two layers of paper and clean the dirt off the edges before I could use them. They work ok now that they are clean. But I will not go through this again, I hope they fix this problem.
