Tender young sweet white corn. Unlike extra-sweet yellow corn varieties, this does not have a tough skin. Good kernel length. Not a starchy variety. Enough for 2 good servings in this smaller 7ozs. size. Compared to years ago, there is very little water added to the can.
All cans are undamaged.
