    I have gotten several styles of Palladiums, fits always great, and I just love them to death. I wear the canvas ones out way to fast because of where I work and what they get soaked with ( I work in a kennel, and it's cleaning solvents - bleach, pinesol, and kennel disinfectant - not to mention little sharp dog claws!). How ever, the base has almost as good a grip as my Matterhorns on a concrete floor, which means the dogs as big as me can't ski me down the hall. Always a bonus! With me they tend to frey first by the outsides of the ball of my feet. They last me about 6 months, but then again I put them to hard use everyday. I do mean everyday, so thats actually a great deal. And plus, they are cute and stylish. Oh, and I just replace them when they look freyed, because of looking professional, they are still wearable if you like the rugged explorer look (which I do, because I am!).

    I just received these, so I can't review on the long term quality, but I can say that so far they are very comfortable and look very well built. I ordered the Dark Olive color and the coloring is different than shown in the product image. It looks more like a "dark olive" than the picture, much more green, but not in a bad way. They fit nicely and seem to have good support, in addition the traction is good as well ( which I'm sure you can see from the product images.) all in all, the shoes are very nice.

    I have 3 pairs of Palladium baggy canvas boots and I LOVE them. I've been searching for this color combo for awhile now. The description says Men's boots...BUT I received Woman's size 10. Oh well, not the fault of the product just the seller's mistake of false advertising. Lucky, the seller is cool and provided me with a pre-paid return label and a full refund once they get the boots back.

    Though the name of the product says it's a MEN'S shoe - it's actually a women's shoe. When I added it to my cart, it became men's but on the actual product page it says women's. Anyhow, the shoe fits nicely though you will want to put some shoe inserts as the bottom of the shoe is not particularly comfortable. I love them and it looks exactly like the picture on the product page.

    Also, I ordered a 7.5 though I typically wear 8 (Nike sneakers, though), but adding a shoe insert for extra cushioning/padding made the fit perfect. So, I guess they run a bit bigger than normal since 7.5 w/o padding would be too big.

    These are awesome shoes! They have more support that most high top canvas shoes, and are much more comfortable. I do use inserts in mine (but I have inserts in most of my shoes now). This is a great shoe! You wont be disappointed.

    I started buying Women's Palladiums. Im a shorter guy, it works well for my soccer-shoe narrow feet. Bit slimmer than regular "Baggy"s, but Im not complaining. I hope they dont shrink. They have held up decently to rain thus far, and seem like they will soften with time. I bought them for nights out and day trips around SF. Nice thing after all is if I needed any real support from these I could un button the top and lace up. Taken this brand and make to TTITD a few times, I Burn right through them but hey, 30$ a pair is good for a shoe that lasts a couple years.

    Pro: Versatile, medium/light durability
    Con: WARM moderate ventilation
