I got this latch hook to work on my boyfriend's dreadlocks, not actually for latch hooking, but I can say I can see how it would work well for a latch hook rug project. It was a larger hook than what I was looking for, but that was due to my own fault (I didn't really know what size would be needed for my little project). It has a nice wooden handle for an easy grip, and seemed like a solidly made product. Like I said before, too big for my project, but still a good product.

Very disappointed in this hook very cheaply made doesn't look like it's going to last through my whole rug project. Handle should be fatter so it's comfortable to hold.
