"Universal 10-inch cartridge fits all DuPont Whole House systems"

Not hardly. I have three DuPont Whole House Filter systems, two DuPont WFPF13003B Universal Whole House 15,000-Gallon Water Filtration Systems and a DuPont Universal Valve-In-Head Whole House Filtration System PF2800 Series. I expected this filter to at least work in the PF2800 but it is too large in diameter. This is blatant false advertising; nothing more and nothing less.

I paid a total of $24.97 for two of these filters, which includes a shipping charge of $4.99, but I had to pay UPS $13.70 to return the two filters, so all I received for my time and trouble was two filters that are too large for the canister and a loss of $13.70. It doesn't matter to me whether it was DuPont or the seller who falsely advertised that these filters would fit "all DuPont Whole House Systems". DuPont should certainly know that their HDC3001 filter will not fit in DuPont's own whole house filters systems and the seller, in the business of selling filters should certainly know that this particular filter will not fit in a DuPont whole house filter system.

I will no long purchase any DuPont water filters or purchase any particular brand of filters from Filters-Now. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
