I received the Matrix Sleek shampoo as a gift from a beauty shop owner. This shampoo is a salon grade-- it has the chemicals that will make your hair bounce and look stylish. The smell is vibrant and a small amount lathers well. I liked this shampoo from the start. But after using half the bottle, my head began to itch uncontrollably during the night. After switching shampoos back and forth, I realized the scratchy scalp was from this product. During warmer months the shampoo didn't cause irritation. But once winter set in-- dry desert here in LA-- I could no longer use the Matrix Sleek. For those with oily scalp and live in a moist climate, it shouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, I have left this product.

Product is great. Be advised to save your original pump as it is not included in this packaging. Yes, it does come with a cap with a spout of sorts but requires lifting the wet and heavy container, opening the lid and turning the bottle upside down to dispense. LOL, I did save my old pump!
