I have been using this product for several years now and was thoroughly happy with it... until recently. Apparently they changed their formula and instead of a getting a smooth creamy texture and flavor from pouring just a small amount in my coffee, I get the look of watery, curdled milk, no matter how much I use or how much I shake and stir it. Very disappointed that they messed with a winning formula in an apparent attempt to boost profits. I am looking for an alternative product or will try to make some myself from coconut cream/milk.

I gave this product 5 stars because that's what it deserves. Coconut milk (esp, the unsweetened one) is a great milk-substitute and I think it has the closest texture and consistency to cow's milk. Please note that it does NOT have a coconutty taste! If you don't like coconut flavor, still think about giving this a try because it has a very neutral flavor. I have baked with it with great results, and the coconut milk original with sugar in it makes a GREAT latte!

Price-

HOWEVER, for price, Amazon is charging way too much. I can get a half gallon of coconut milk at my grocery store for like $3.50 and it's never more than that for the quart-size on the shelf and at a whopping $45 for a 6 pack you are paying $7.50 for a quart, That's a markup of AT LEAST $4 per quart!!! I think it's rediculous for Amazon to mark it up that much. I can totally understand paying for convinience, but for $24 I can drive 100 miles to Walmart and buy a case of 12 for $30. That's only $2.58 per quart. So you'd save almost $60 buying it from Walmart than you would from Amazon.

I have tried almost every brand/type of non-dairy milk option and this is by far my favorite. It's great on cereal, in smoothies, and works well for cooking. Most dairy substitutes have sugar in them or are sweetened, but this one does not add too much sweetness. I wish this was available online at a reasonable price.

I don't know why people are saying this tastes nothing like coconut... what were they eating before trying this... an actual coconut?
It tastes so much like coconut that I actually can't drink very much of it in one sitting! It tastes very good, not too sugary or sweet, but with a nice coconut flavor.
I buy this for my son to drink in his nap-time bottles. It's the only non-dairy milk I've found so far that he doesn't have an allergic reaction to. I've tried organic almond milk, non-organic (but non-GMO at least) almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk, cashew milk, you name it, I've bought it. This brand is the only thing that goes down smoothly for our 1 year old!
The average price in store is more like four bucks for a half-gallon, if you can get it locally somewhere.

I just tried this coconut milk creamer for the first time, and it tastes MUCH better than I had expected it to. I actually prefer it over the low fat half & half that I used to put in my coffee. Even though it is very low in fat, carbs, calories, etc., it gives your coffee a rich, creamy texture and smooth taste. It takes a while to arrive from the seller, but their shipping speed was accurate and as advertised. It was worth the wait, and I will be ordering more! Five stars!!

I do love this product and drink it every day.In doing some comparison shopping I see that Amazon is selling this product for $38.16 for a pack of 6--32 oz boxes. In comparison, walmart.com has the same size boxes but at a price of $32.78 for 12 boxes--this is near the price we pay for individual 32 oz boxes at our local store. Something is very wrong with this pricing. Shipping at the walmart site is only $4.97 and free if you spend $50. So, do the math!

Okay, I have to say, tried the chocolate milk so I had to try the vanilla. Well, I read another review that this needed more flavor and seemed watery.. To drink straight, I think I actually shockingly agree with that reviewer. So, I had this carton of coconut milk and I'm like "sooooo, what am I going to do with the rest of this?" Well, I had some chocolate fudge pudding. I figured lets give it a go. omg, this stuff is the BEST for pudding! PLUS I'm trying to lose weight. This stuff is 70 calories vs the 122 calories in one cup of 2% or 100 in 1%. I actually lost a pound today and did not have any more cravings for the rest of the evening after the pudding. I deff recommend this milk. If you don't like drinking it alone try making a smoothie. This stuff is great paired with other things. I deff recommenced it.

I've been using milk substitutes for probably 30 years now, and I have to say this is the worst I've ever used.

I had recently bought an unsweetened coconut milk under a local grocery store brand and was really pleased with it, so I was excited to see So Delicious at Costco in a six-pack of quarts at a good price.

When I got it home and tasted it I was appalled. It doesn't taste like food. And not only that, but it's packed with guar and xanthan gums, which give it a seriously unnatural consistency. (The store brand I bought had a lighter texture and a genuinely nice taste.) I don't understand all the good ratings.

Seriously, this is so bad that I was thinking about giving the remaining 5 quarts to a food pantry, but I wouldn't want to do that to poor people.

I wrote to the company, and their response was pretty much: too bad, so sad -- we hope you'll try our other products. That's probably not going to happen.
