When I look at reviews, I look for someone to tell what the perfume smells like! I don't care how much you like the perfume or hate it, TELL ME WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE! So here is my best description: Fruity and Nutty with a beautiful hint of sweet cream mixed in! This is along the lines of todays type of perfumes where chocolates and creams are all the rage. This is a nice mellow perfume for the young at heart!

I buy and wear this scent all the time, but were I usually purchase it from was out of stock. I decided to use Amazon because they have never done me wrong when ordering from them, but this time was very different. The design of the bottle was different from all my other bottles and the scent was no where near close to the original scent. I tried to get my money back for this fake perfume, but it states no refunds. I am calling my bank to dispute this charge and I am very disappointed that Amazon would sell a knock off when they are such a reputable company.

I wore this fragrance in my 20s and really liked it. It's a sensual scent with a spicy note mixed with sensual amber. It's wonderful for evening and I thoroughly enjoyed wearing it. It's a wonderful choice for a young woman that likes heavier, sexy fragrances. I gather from the reviews that it's something of a cult favorite and apparently a well kept secret. I have another perfume that has a similar musky note (Gaultier's Ma Dame) so I thought I would take this opportunity to review Guess's original perfume. When I wore this fragrance, I distinctly remember getting many compliments on it from the opposite sex, a good indicator that a perfume is a hit! I don't wear it now because my tastes have changed somewhat but I still like the scent and encourage anyone who wants a sexy perfume to give it a try. It's reasonably priced here on Amazon and therefore worthy of an experiment. Where else can you get a really nice, unique fragrance for under $25? I definitely recommend it.

So I recieved the "parfum" (learn something valuable about toilette vs parfum, the toilette is alcohol based and doesnt last long, parfum is oil based and depending on the product lasts throughout the day) and didnt like it at first. Then one evening I decided to give it a try --- to my surprise I got compliments and noticed the scent lasted all day....What does it smell like?? I wish other reviewers would touch on this more often --- okay its kinda hard to describe, kinda chocolate-vanilla-ish...Again its hard to describe, some scents tend to vary person to person. In my case, my nose didnt like it, but once I sprayed it after lotioning (nonscented lotion) and it settled I got compliments from men AND women. I tend to be VERY picky about perfumes as I get headaches easily and THOUGHT this would fall in my OH NO category, WELL to my surprise its a VERY lovely scent for evenings or at work (I spray lightly for work). I normally buying scents like Victoria Secret brands, Arden Beauty, Lavin Rumuers, Burberry, BCBGMAXAZRIA. I flock to light sexy scents and this one has become one of my top fav scents, AND its under $25 for the 3.4 bottle, go ahead and try it......

When we received the perfume, it didn't smell like the sample we had tried for a week previously. It wasn't just a body chemistry difference. It just didn't smell the same.

And the company doesn't allow refunds or returns. After asking the company how to make a return, they explained that their website states no refunds and no returns.
