Great packaging, great shipping. Product was wrapped and brand spanking new. I pulled it out of the packaging and a very simple install. I mentioned it on the other reviews as well that Rubbermaid should put in a dust mop with everything included. This piece, handle, and metal installation. That way there is no confusion you just pick what size you want pay the 70 bucks and be done with it! Great product and great name though!

Product received is Tuway Astrolan II NOT Rubbermaid FGJ35500BL00

This is NOT a review for the Rubbermaid Commercial FGJ35500BL00. I ordered one, I just didn't receive one. Actually, I have ordered this item twice and received the Tuway Astrolan II AS36-5 dust mop in its place three times now. My original order (sold by Amazon) that I returned, its replacement, and one that I ordered from Amazon Warehouse. All three have been the Tuway Astrolan II AS36-5 models. What's the difference? The Rubbermaid mops are far superior construction; thick twisted loop yarn vs thin cut end yarn. Twisted loop is fuller allowing it to capture more dirt and hold onto it better. It also allows heavier use and is longer lasting. Plus, it's manufactured by Rubbermaid and that is what I ordered. Unfortunately, it appears Amazon doesn't actually sell the J355, only a poor knockoff in its' place. Unacceptable.
PS. The Tuway Astrolan II AS36-5 dust mop is a perfectly fine dust mop for what it is- a light duty, synthetic, cut end dust mop.

Great mop head!

This dust mop head is of excellent quality. Much better than the ones we get from our normal distributor. There is not much to say about it other than it fit our standard 60" head easily and is made of heavy, sturdy materials.

the mop works as it should but the fabric the loops are attached to ripped or wore out from rubbing on the frame. I used the mop every day at work cleaning classrooms on waxed tile floors for about two months and noticed it was ripped.
