I purchased this item for my husband's birthday. He thought it was ridiculous, but once we actually used it, he changed his mind! The stopper works perfectly, and even if you have to put the bottle back in the fridge, the item is flexible enough to stay in place (even if you have to get a little creative with it). It is certainly a conversation piece and everyone who has seen it loves it. Plus, 'Banana' is one of my nicknames (my name is Hannah). The stopper is also very easy to clean and store. Would highly recommend!

This banana wine stopper is hilarious. Bought it just to be a funny wine accessory on special goofy occasions but we just love it and use it often. It's a soft rubbery material so it's quite flexible - haven't had any trouble with it not fitting into a bottle. It always brings a smile to your face when you see a banana as your wine stopper :)

This is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. The wine stopper is an easy to grip size and made of good quality silicone. It fits all kinds of bottle openings. If inserted securely, will not leak. Looks like it should last as long I do :)

I love the banaa winestopper. It fits large bottles of wine as well as the regular 750ml. The best part is that it's rubber and is very easy to clean. I've had cork and metal wine stoppers and have had to through them away due to acidity, breakage,etc. I think I'll be keeping this one for a long, long time!

This banana stopper is both functional and funny as a wine stopper. It works well to seal a wine bottle, both in the fridge and on the counter. It is a silly conversation starter. We plan on buying this and other Fred and Friends products as fun Christmas gifts for friends this year.

Let's be honest, you're not thinking of buying this wine stopper for its great ability to keep your wine fresh. So here's what you need to know, it is well constructed, brightly coloured, and makes a pretty funny gift that has more use than the typical gag. I gave it to a friend as a small "stocking-stuffer"-esque christmas present and she thought it was hilarious, and I think she actually uses it.

Worth the cost for a little laugh.

I love this winestopper. It has fit in every bottle I've tried to use it on including beer bottles. The banana is just quirky enough that it's not ridiculous, but still gets a chuckle out of people when they see it. Unfortunately, it's soft, rubbery texture was appealing to my teething puppy, so I'll be buying another one :)
