I bought two packs of the flavorings, one for a friend who is crazy over flavored popcorn and one for my house. The flavors are good and not overly salty. The only thing is that if you put it on popcorn alone it just goes to the bottom of the bowl. A little butter is necessary to make the flavor stick to the popcorn.

This set contains a nice variety of flavor options. However, the title of the product is deceiving. Notice that it says "2 Pound". I'm not sure what that means because each label of the five containers shows "3 oz". At a total product net weight of less than one pound, you are getting less than half of the expected amount. Then again, the shipping weight is 1.4 pounds, so perhaps "2 Pound" refers to a different concept entirely.

Kernel Season's Popcorn Seasoning is another option, though the variety isn't as great. Kernel Season's has 50% less salt and is more flavorful. Factoring in the real net weight, the price is also quite a bit less.

If you are looking for the Jalapeno Wow or Ma's Kettle Corn flavors, then this fits the bill. Otherwise, you are probably better off with Kernel Season's. If only they had a variety pack!

I was expecting much more flavor for the price. The variety is nice; however, you have to use quite a bit to even get a hint of the flavor they are trying to capture. My kids all tried each flavor and judging by how they are still sitting beside our popcorn machine hardly touched is a true indication that our reactions were unanimous.

We received the Princeton Popcorn Machine as a gift, and purchased the pre-measured popcorn/oil packs for convenience. The popcorn was excellent. After seeing the seasoning, we thought it would be worth trying since our other experience with Great Northern was very good. As with the other products, this seasoning is great! Our kids love the option of trying different flavors, which were much better than previous popcorn seasoning I had purchased at the grocery store.
