I think this bag of candy was left in a hot warehouse for a couple of years. The candy was stale and tasted like the wrapper, which makes my think they were left in the heat. The wrapper flavor penetrated the candy. I had to throw the whole bag out, and it wasnt cheap.

when I'm old I will have no teeth left I have a sweet tooth and eat a lot of candy on top of drinking sugar (coffee or pop) Ive cut back but every once in a while I will get bulk candy from amazon sellers. they were fresh and tasted great ! I loved this as a kid so it was cool to find they tasted exactly how I remembered them. I expect quality from this seller and will do business with them again this holiday season

I GOT THESE FOR MY FRIEND CAUSE HE LOVED THEM WHEN HE WAS A KID BUT UNFORTUNATELY HE SAID THEY TASTED STALE TO HIM. I TRIED ONE DIDN'T NOTICE A STALE TASTE BUT DID NOTE A STRONG AFTERTASTE THAT WAS SIMILAR TO TASTE LEFT BY SACCARIN

Nothing taste better than Banana Split candy , but...... When mine came they had melted in the paper I put them in the refrigerator for three days thinking they would get cold and you would be able to unwrap the candy . it didn't work you still can't get them off the paper . They had to be thrown away . Do yourself a favor don't order them in summer . Wasted money Laffy Taffy did the same way . That is a lot of money to put in the trash .
