Seems like a perfectly fine tumbler. We purchased it as a gift for our son's teacher. It claims to be dishwasher safe, but there's a sticker on the bottom stating Hand Wash Only. So much for a no hassle present.

Arrived with the straw partially broken. After washing the mug once for initial use, and one day of drinking water from it, the Blackhawk's logo was practically gone. The mug itself seems fine for a reusable mug, but the Blackhawks logo won't withstand an hour of usage, better off to just put your own hawks sticker on a mug instead of paying for this piece. Amazon handled the return great but seller did not care about the quality of their product.

Kinda gross that it's not in some type of wrapping. The straw had sticky stuff on it. I hope from a sticker once being on it or tape. And there's debris inside the cup from God knows what.
