When I purchased this, there were several reviewers that wrote about the seat cracking. I now join them. Three months after being installed, the seat cracked right through. Waste of money, beware!!

Very easy to install. No tools required. They are made to use your fingers. Though I did use an electric screw driver, which made it take between two and three seconds for each of two nylon screws.

Listed measurements 2 x 14.1 x 18.9 inches. Actual measurement when I received the item. 2x14.25x20 inches. 1.1 inches may not seem like much but when it is hanging over you toilet it sure is.
