What All-Clad should feel like. I bought these for lifting meats from my dutch ovens. They are strong. They have great feel and are shaped perfectly. They have a nice finish and are easy to to clean. I feel I got what I paid for. You can't go wrong with these.

After looking at several cheaper turkey lifters and deciding they might bend or otherwise fail with a hot 20 lb. turkey over a pan of hot grease, I decided to spend the extra $ for a solid set. Aftre using them once, I know it was a wise choice and expect a lifetime of use as I am getting from my All-Clad cookware. The seller delivered exactly what he avertised and within a week.

These are great. While the spot where the tines come together may not look that strong in the picture, it is welded quite well and the forks are sturdy. I use them when I need to lift a whole chicken out of a stew pot, and they work handily. Another use is that I take one and use it as a carving fork, it is much more stable to hold the turkey or chicken than a typical carving fork.

This is my first set of turkey forks, so I don't have much of a comparison point. I got a pair for my mom, who didn't have one, and we experienced how difficult it is to lift a hot bird without them! While someone downgraded this product for the "welded" center prongs, I think the criticism is unwarranted one two points. First, I think the bulk of the wear and tear will go to the outside prongs, and second, All Clad has a lifetime guarantee if my assumption is incorrect.

For me this is a huge step forward in hoisting a 20 lb turkey out of a roaster.

These Turkey Forks are rock solid and gleaming - will not bend while lifting a heavy turkey or roast. This stainless steel will clean easily after a brief soapy soak [I do not own a dishwasher anymore so have no clue how they would clean up with that], and I would recommend it to anyone needing this particular item. Holes on end of handle for easy hanging as is on a hook if desired.
