We had a difficult time finding the small size cans of hominy in our supermarket so checked with Amazon and found Bush's Golden Hominy. The kernels are large and fluffy but have a chewy texture. We drain and rinse them to reduce sodium level, then saute in a small amount of butter. Wonderful.
