These are very easy to use: just insert the smaller end of the replacement piece into the existing end of your hearing aid (part that goes into your ear), pull out, and then push the opposite end into your hearing aid gently and pull out. Good to use if you get lots of wax in your hearing aids. The price on this item is a fair one; in bulk it may be possible to get them cheaper; I have seen a few in bulk, but the prices are not significantly lower per item.

If you wear Opticon hearing aids, these filters are essential. This package of 5 packs will last a long time, but why pay more for a product that you have to have? The 5 pack was the cheapest option by quite a bit.

I ordered no wax filters from the company. But what I was sent were prox wax filters. I complained and was told the company no longer made "no wax" filter replacements and these would work as well. They don't. It is vexing to be sent a different product than one in fact ordered.

My audiologist said the "NoWax" type filters weren't being made any longer and the "ProWax" replacements were not a good substitute. I found these, bought them and believe they are working as good as the originals.

I was concerned when I opened the package that the pack markings were not as is shown in the ad - these have a generic white package, no "Oticon" marking on the package or the inside tray. However, they work just as well and considering the price of the originals - these are a better alternative.

I bought this item, and from the reviews I am sure they are great, BUT IT DIDN'T COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY OTICON HEARING AIDS and I haven't the first idea of how they work, and what to do. I think you guys who are so pleased with the product will help me get it going.
