I recently started a new job doing customer service from home. I use Avaya softphone on a VMWare desktop via a VPN. I originally started out using a Corsair gaming headset, but customers had a hard time hearing me. After doing some research, I decided to give this headset a try. It works perfectly. Absolutely disgusted. This product worked well when it was functional. One day suddenly stopped working, the green phone light is lit and I cannot hear a sound. Unplug and replug not recognizing. Tried another PC and still not recognizing. The headphone area picks up a lot of lint. I'm so disappointed, total waste of money.

pretty decent headphones, good sound quality for music & VOIP. Seem fairly durable so far and do an OK job of isolating outside sounds. Only thing I dislike is the cord is quite long and I seem to hit accidently hit the mute button fairly often.

Great headset but earphone broke off after 6 months. I am so tired of buying headets. I feel like I am personally polluting the world. This is my 10th headset in 2 years. I tried all the major players in this space and they all are made with cheap plastic. My polluting continues because I need a headsets for work.
