The belt performs as advertised. I've used it on short runs and long runs; it doesn't jostle, it holds up to 6 gel packs and will comfortably hold my iPhone 5. Some people encounter issues if they're expecting it to be waterproof (please note that it is water "resistant") or if they're using an excessively large cell phone case (Otterbox / brick size) as the pouch opening is fairly snug compared to the actual pouch size. The carrying pouch opening is one area I feel that could be improved by adding perhaps another inch, which is why I give this product four stars instead of five. Overall, this is an great product and I would recommend it for anyone looking to rid themselves of arm bands and/or bulky running belts.

Yes my iPhone and keys fit into the pocket and yes my taser case (i carry it since I was attacked by a pit bull) slides over the belt, however, the belt itself does not stay on my waist where I put it. Because of the weight in the pocket it bounces and moves which is kind of annoying. I think I will go back to the iPhone holder the fits on your arm. You also tend to sweat under the belt and down south I do not need another reason to sweat.

Waaaaaay better than the standard spibelt or waterproof version. The water resistant version has a inner coating that also helps your phone not slide downward which then makes the belt flap flap flap flap on your butt as you run. Keeping the phone in the middle of the case prevents this, and THAT is why I love the water resistant coating inside. Oh yeah, it keeps the phone dry too.
