what a soap dish!!!!! Perfect blue. Plastic which is the epitome of plastic. and a latch which just is so perfect that I have seen it on a million other items of all types.

When it arrived it was pink.
I was not given the option to choose the color.
I think that is something to put out there. Overall, it is fine. I thought it might be a little bigger.

It's nice to find products made in USA. What can I say about this soap box? It's plastic, and what you'd expect from a soap box.

Also, these are the same as the soap boxes I used when I was in the military.

There is one caveat, for which I am removing 1 star: The lids can easily be broken off. You'll notice in the photo that the lid is attached to the contain in three "hinges". These hinges wear out over time. It's common for 1 hinge to break. And eventually, the others will break too. ESPECIALLY if you put a large soap in it and force it to shut by squeezing it. Note: when the lid breaks off, then the box is useless for its intended purpose. It is probably better to get the two piece soap box, also made in USA. The only problem with the two piece is you might need a rubber band to keep the lid from sliding off in your luggage if you travel.

This is a basic plastic soap box container that is of moderate quality. It is a bit snug when using it with one of the larger-sized soaps. I like that it is translucent and that it is made from recycled materials. Though this can probably be purchased for two or three bucks at certain retail discount stores. Decent quality utility product that serves its purpose.

I bought this product because I liked the clear blue color but when I got my package, the soap box was in my least favorite color: PINK. Other than embarrassing myself in front of my dorm mates, this product does what I needed it to do: contain the soap and keep out the water. If you want to have the perfect soap container, and don't mind having a little lottery experience with the color choice, I would heartily recommend this product.

The reason I rated these as I did is because they were hard to open and the plastic snap shut thingy was shart and hurt my fingers/thumb to open. I bought these to send with the Christmas Boxes for the children in third-world countries. I realize they are inexpensive items but my rating could not be "EXCELLENT" when they aren't.

Overall, it is a good product. Will still buy again but has one problem that I have experienced. The lid has four thin plastic hinges securing it to the bottom portion. Upon dropping it accidentally with soap in it and lid open, three of the four hinges broke, leaving one to do the work of four. Still usable and it is the only problem I have had with it in over a years use. Bought another one until I find something better.

Real cheap but it served it purpose...I broke it in the shower....buy am still using to hold soap. Just the side broke when it fell In the shower. Color was nice
