The body cover is a nicely made, well fitting, snug and does the job it designed to do. The clip-on stand/belt clip is a good idea. The stand itself is a nice design. However, to install the stand, you remove an oblong from the back of the cover, insert a new oblong with a button sticking out the back, then the stand clips onto that.

In practice, I won't do this as it takes a bit of doing to get the back cover off, so the feature will go unused though I would like to use it. The button sticking out means you can't lay your phone on its back without it sitting on the button.

What I wish I had was a Body Glove with a face cover you could flip open or remove or even use as a stand. Seems doable to me but I don't see anyone making a decent flip face shell.

Fits really well. The case went on easily, but not too easily. Looks great. Feels amazing in comparison to the naked phone (LG Optimus Slider) by itself. Doesn't block buttons or interfere with the sliding action of the phone. I am not using the clip, only because I don't have use for it at this time, it seems very secure... Nothing about this case seems cheaply done.

I purchased this for an LG Optimus Slider model and it fits perfectly. Solid feel, and it provides a good gripping surface without feeling cumbersome on the phone. The belt clip portion of it looks unreliable, but that wasn't really an important option for me when selecting this so it's fine. This is actually my son's phone and I know he has dropped it a few times but the case and phone are both none the worse for the experience. An all-around good deal.

I was surprised to see how few options there were for LG Enlighten cases - especially since this was on a "Free" phone promo from Verizon during the holidays. This one installed very easily and feels very sturdy. Both the back cover and the part that fits around the screen clicks in securely. It's a hard case wrapped in silicone so it has a good grippy feel and will still offer solid protection. It adds a bit of bulk, but nothing too awful. NOTE: We did not buy this for the belt clip feature. The clip seemed okay, but the design is a pressure clip-style using one piece of plastic molded at an angle - not a spring clip. Overall, it's a good case.

In general, I prefer silicone cases because they help the phone be grippy. Unfortunately, on a slider, or two-piece phone, it's not possible to have a silicone case. All the "rubberized" cases I've tried were a cheap coating on a plastic or metal hard case. This case has a great texture which makes the phone grippy. It's also very sturdy and fits the phone well; feels snug and secure.

I like the flexibility of the clipstand / kickstand options.

CONS: I wish it were a little thinner, just to minimize the profile of the phone. I also wish it was easier to remove the knob and clip for a flat profile, because I do that often. But I can't complain other than that.

It's a really nice case.

This is a great sturdy and thick case. I used it with a VM LG optimus slider. Only downside is that i thought it was a case that slid into phone holder which could be clipped on your belt. So I just kept the case as a backup. I ended up buying a Black Holster Combo Case that i could slide my phone into hoping it would be able to hold the phone with the bodyglove case but alas, it didn't fit.

The Body Glove gives you a solid feel of protection for your phone. It takes longer to open the package than it does to put this case on.

The rubberized texture gives a more confident feeling as it provides grip and accidental bump protection.

The two piece cover doesn't interfere with the slide-out keyboard at all.

The changeable tab is a great idea. Those who want only the bumper protection can have a flat back while those who use the belt clip may also use this. The back does take a little effort to take back off, but that shows how snug this cover is. The clip that also doubles as a stand only gives another feature that you may not appreciate fully until the first time you use it.

Overall, a great item that gives some much needed protection and functionality.

There is one shortcoming for the Body Glove. If you have an extended battery and accompanying rear cover, this item will not fit. This isn't exactly a flaw of the Body Glove, apparently nobody makes a case to accommodate the extended battery in the LG Enlighten as of yet.
