Using in two car garage. Maintains Avery comfortable temp even when outside is teens twenties. Not much noise and moves a good amount of air. I would definitely recommend this heater and get another for myself. Good value.
17 degrees this morning, two car garage 60 degrees.
Follow up:
It's Late April and still very much like winter in Kansas. This heater hasn't missed a lick since it came out of the box. The electric bill is a little higher, but not as bad as I figured for constant running. Turned my garage into a usable area during the coldest of times. Love it.
Still a thumbs up from me.

Listening too all of these nincompoops write negative reviews is frustrating; if you don't understand the simple relationships between energy, work, electricity and heat, then it's nothing more than a pseudo-intellectual rant about someone's emotional expectations. The unit is an electric heater rated at 1500 watts, no more, no less. It's job is to convert electric energy in the form of 110v 60Hz AC into, you guessed it, heat. There is only SO MUCH electric energy your wall outlet, rated at a max of 15 amps before it blows the breaker, is capable of conveying. The unit is converting 100% of every electron it sucks out of your outlet into heat via electrical resistance. 100%!! The fact you aren't "happy" by how much you think it blows or feels in your cold creepy house is irrelevant, it's doing its job. Or maybe you thought because it uses the shape of a centrifugal turbine housing, like several popular high-volume fans, that it should also produce an equal volume of hot air as one of those fans...never mind that the amount of electricity required to do so would not only FRY every circuit in your wall and likely start a serious fire, but also bankrupt you inside a month. If you want a more powerful heater, then you MUST get a more powerful electrical outlet, like. Dedicated 220 volt or 60-amp service, like your laundry room dryer. Or before you write a negative review on a product that works as designed, you could do some very fundamental research and no longer highlight the fact that electricity might as well be pure magic and fantasy to you.

I did my research on 120volt heaters because I was looking for something to use in my garage near my workbench during the cold season. there were a few reviews that made this product a marginal choice but it it seemed the best design for my needs so I ordered it. I was amazed at how far it can throw heat. Mind you, it's not a shop heater or even a true utility heater so set your expectations accordingly. It is a kick butt space heater, though. I drag it around to various places in the house (as needed) to provide a little localized boot and it works great! Often find I get too warm when I use it in the office/den. It's not quiet, but I wouldn't call it noisy either. I'm very happy with this heater.

I wanted a heater I could keep next to me out in my shop. This fits the bill. Is very low air flow as expected from a 1500 watt heater, however heats up very quickly. I keep in right next to the area I am working. Been very happy with it so far.

Pros:
-Very quiet. Most noise you will hear is a low hum.
-3 different modes. Low, High, and Fan. Nice to have the fan choice on warmer days.
-Heats very quickly. Heats a moderate sized room in about 20 minutes, and the automatic thermostat is a very nice addition for at night when sleeping.

Cons:
-Only thing I can think of is that I wish the fan was a little more powerful. I wouldn't recommend to use the fan feature as a fan replacement entirely.

Overall, it does it's job perfectly. Great for if you have a room in your house with a bad draft. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable space heater.

We looked in several stores locally to find this heater. We already have one in our old house dining room. We're glad that we found another one on Amazon, and with being Prime members, there was free shipping. The attributes of the heater are: light weight, multible fan settings, multible heat settings. Also another bonus is...it's very quiet! It's best to have a new heater in an old house for safety.

Worked well, but was cheaply made. Barely 10 days after the Amazon return period expired, I was running the heater. I heard a Zaaap! When I tried to turn the switch, it wouldn't move. I had to unplug it and throw it away due to the possibility that it is now an electrical hazard. I would not buy this product again for this reason.
