I was very pleased with this purchase at first. All those handy dandy pockets were great for organizing little things. Unfortunately, the plastic parts that hold the bottom in place soon broke off and the bottom kept falling out. I have been able to insert a long screw into the "hinge" area and it seems to be holding. I am disappointed that the box was not as good as I had hoped.

UPDATE: The company saw this review , quickly contacted me and replaced the cube. No problems with the new one!! Way to go! Great customer service!

I received the cart as a Christmas present and was ecstatic. I am a new elementary school teacher and carry items back and forth from school to home daily. I loved the cart for the first two weeks. However, yesterday morning when I was lifting my cart into my car the bottom fell out. After cleaning up numerous papers, I went to see what had happened. The bottom, front hinge on my cart broke. The bottom wasn't even connected to the cart any more. I tried to put the bottom back in and get on my way so I wasn't too late to school. I managed to get everything into my classroom, but the bottom fell out again while I was putting papers in it to go home. I was forced to find bags around the classroom to hold everything I needed and carry them out to the car. I am looking for a way to fix it, but right now am stuck using bags. I absolutely loved the cart while it lasted. It made transporting papers and other supplies very easy. I just wish it didn't break so easily. I am currently contemplating buying another, but am afraid it will not last so I am trying to fix this one. I am very disappointed.

I loved this cart until it broke only 2 months after I got it. I was only using it twice a week, and wasn't carrying too much at a time. Just as other reviews stated, the bottom pieces holding it in are weak plastic and broke. There's not even a way I can fix it. Useless and totally not worth the money. :(

******UPDATE: I was really impressed to find out that as soon as I contacted the company about replacing my cart, they were more than happy to. They even sent it the day after I contacted them (which was on a Sunday!). I received a brand new cart 2 days later and I am super excited to use it again! They said there was no need to send back the old cart. I will update again with how well the cart holds up. I'm guessing that before I had a faulty cart. If you have trouble, contact the company!

First one lasted maybe 6 months, so I got another one figuring maybe I was rough with it or maybe the quality had improved. This one lasted a month. Bottom broke. The bottom is attached to the sides using very brittle and easily breakable plastic clips, so with even the slightest weight, the clips break off. Design is 5 stars. Production is 0 stars. I mean the supports are the thinnest & cheapest plastic you can imagine.

I have been using my Qube Caddy for two weeks now and absolutely love it! I am a college math professor and need to carry many different books and papers, not to mention a laptop, calculator, white board markers, the list goes on and on. I can carry in all in my Caddy with room to spare. It rolls easily and is very organized. I just can't say enough good things about this Caddy. Wish I had one sooner!!!

I am a teacher and need a large crate to carry my books back and forth to school. I had one similar to this in the past, but the handle disintegrated on it. This handle is better constructed than the previous one. The space and pockets as well as the cover allow me to transport books, files, office supplies back and forth to school without worry of damage or loss. It is a great product and definitely meets my needs.

I rec'd mine for a birthday present on March 6th. About 2 weeks ago the bottom fell out of mine while lifting it into the van. Upon inspection I noticed one of the plastic tabs that hold the bottom in place had broken off. It sounds like this tends to be the case in many of these products. I truly loved having mine to wheel in and out of the classroom it was so handy especially with the canvas cover with all the pockets....I am VERY disappointed in the quality and durability of this product. I should have heeded the warnings of others reviews. My suggestion is to look elsewhere for a more durable product.

My wife is a third grade teacher and used this to carry books and papers. A large crack in the plastic developed after less than two months, rendering it inoperable. I wouldn't consider books and papers heavy duty use, so this product can't handle much.
