I bought these specifically to use with the UCO Mini Candle Lantern. The lantern is designed for tealight candles. While tealight candles work well and are cheap, I wanted to eliminate possible leakage since this may venture into a tent at some point. Other than that, the cells offer a longer burn time(great if the power fails) and are more suitable for being re-lit as well(every day use at the dinner table). The cells could be used for any number of applications---in tealight votives, old candles, or even your very own homemade lantern---I made one as a kid out of a coffee can. Ultimately, the uses are only limited by your imagination.

I will be buying again in the future---they come well packed and the individual containers are sealed to prevent leaks.

These fit right into my current tealight candle holders and I get a week's worth of dinner lighting from one unit -- instead of having to replace each wax-based tea light every night! The flame is consistent. No more struggling to get waxy spent shells out of my votive holders, either. Love this product.

The tealight fuel cells are exactly as described. While I haven't "counted" the time each one lasts, it is certainly long enough to make the purchase worthwhile. I use the tealights in the center of an 8-inch pillar that is smokeless, dripless, and once the original wick was burned to a level to insert the tealight, it's perfect. I will definitely buy from this company again.

These come well packaged and each fuel cell has a little cap to prevent leakage. They fit a 2” votive holder, light and re-light easily. I keep the little cap to place over the wick for when it rains. They burn cleanly, no soot during burning or after blowing out, no wax residue in the votive holders. I love the long burn time; beats the hassle of constantly replacing wax tea lights. There is no waste with the fuel cells; many wax tea lights do not use all the wax during burn time and many will not relight after first use. In comparison to a wax tea light, the flame is a bit smaller, but enough light for tea light ambience. Flame height is constant.

They are not refillable and the wicks cannot be replaced. Be aware that if they turn over, they will leak.

Overall very pleased and will purchase again.

What an excellent replacement for tealight candles. I have a candle "chandelier" over my table on my poarch. It looks beaufiful at night lit up, but was a hassle getting the burned out candle cups out to replace them with new for the next time because of height. These burn for a long time, at least 8 hours, and fit just like a tealite candle. Clean burning also, no black smoke or terrible ordar.

I saw these fuel cell tea lights in a restaurant and loved the brightness of their burns so I purchased them for my lake house. Love these tea light fuel cells seem to burn forever vs. the traditional wax candles. I would definitely recommend them.
