I was skeptical of these bells at first, but was willing to give them a try, since my carpet was taking quite a beating and I was getting VERY frustrated with my puppy. After about 2 weeks of using the bells as instructed, my puppy started ringing them on her own, and now she is almost completely house-trained at only 3 months old! I was amazed! About 99% of the time, when she rings the bells, she needs to go outside to do her business. The other 1% of the time, she wants to go outside to play...I'm willing to gamble with those odds! I am very satisfied with the success I've had training my dog with the Poochie Bells, and would highly recommend them to anyone else dealing with the daily frustration of house-training a puppy. Thank you, Poochie Bells!!!

I was really surprised that the bells actually worked on my 3 1/2 month springer spaniel. We hung the bells on the door knob and rang them every time we took her out to do her duty. She got the hang of it after only 2 days and would gently nudge them to go out. Now at 4 1/2 months, she grabs them by her mouth and really shakes them until somebody lets her out.

We hang these on both exits in our house, and have treats by both doors, so our English bulldog is rewarded every time she uses the system. It's been fantastic. She picked it up the same day we hung it up! Sometimes she rings it when she's bored or to tell me it's time to collect the children from school, hilarious!

My dogs were already bell trained but I saw these somewhere and decided to order them. I'm so happy to get rid of the unsightly bells on a ribbon that I made myself in exchange for the Poochie-Bells. They actually look like a door decoration rather than a craft gone bad. I love them.

This was a most pleasurable and easy way to train my puppy to let me know she wants to relieve herself. I just walked her over to the door, have her the Sit command, held my finger to the bell until she followed and touched her nose to it, at that exact moment I said "Potty" in a cheerful tone, and out the door we were! After the third time of this exercise, she had it down perfectly. Now, while I'm otherwise engaged with daily chores, she lets me know she needs to go out by ringing the bell. A simply intuitive, easy, and pleasant way to train your pet!

Since we don't have a doggy door, and we are puppy training...I thought I'd try this method to let us know she needed to go out. It was very easy to train her and she trained the cat! I put one on my bedroom door and my office door for her to ring when she needs something. Usually, it is to go out...sometimes she goes to the biscuit jar!

I was hesitant to buy this product, but it really works! Helps to have an audible cue for potty time when I am otherwise busy. Cute and portable too! The only thing I would improve upon is it's durability. The strap needs to be a stronger nylon or leather material as my puppy has chewed through it. I keep having to tie it into knots to make it last before he tears it in half.

I have a 5-month old maltipoo. She's pretty smart. She knows to go potty outside, but hadn't quite figured out how to tell us. Therefore, we'd end up with accidents. UGH!

I've had the Poochie-Bells on the back door for about a week and a half. The step-by-step directions aren't rocket science: When you are going to let your dog out, simply say "Outside! Ring Bell!" as you are ringing the bell. Over time, the dog will "get it." After a week or so, Molly has rang the bell by herself once or twice! (Although we've still had a few accidents... but they are by the door!) She'll even ring the bell when told to ring the bell before being let outside. There's definite progress!

I believe with continued practice, she'll be ringing the bell with complete success!
