This is a great book! Instructions are clear and thorough, and there are plenty of pictures, that are very clear and colorful, to show you the different steps. There are basic instructions and tips in the beginning that go over some basic stitches, choosing threads and needles, choosing and preparing fabrics, special tips for sewing with PUL, and much more. If you're using the Babyville Boutique materials, this book will tell you exactly which ones they used in each project, though you can use whatever you want. I feel that this book is much better than buying a traditional pattern, such as Simplicity or McCalls. I am very happy with this book!
