I have 1.25" bathroom sink openings and these slid into place and look like a perfect fit. The main issue is they don't stay in place when the water from the faucet hits them. I used some silicon sealant to hold them in place and so far so good. It's difficult to find anything that fits bathroom sinks so at this time, this is about as good as you can do.

We had been using those little mesh baskets for our bathroom sink and they would rust and get so disgusting so quickly. I had read some reviews about this strainer and was a little nervous about it being a little too big or small for our drain, but for the price, decided to give it a try.

It came and it fit! I had read in other reviews that it could flip or move a bit when you turn the water on and this in fact happened. However, if this happens to you, just wrap a rubber band or 2 around the bottom to weigh it down and get it snug and it does the trick!!!

This is not for a 1.3" drain as it is smaller than 1.3" diameter at the widest of the top flange. It flips in the drain for any reason. Hope this helps someone. It is of excellent quality (smooth and assembled well), and should last fine without rust, being SS, but it is smaller than stated and the holes do not drain well for me. The correct size is very important. It is not made true to advertised size. And, perhaps it has too few holes.

I returned it free and easy with Prime. Very minor inconvenience but it is very nice to have Prime

The drain strainers feel fairly sturdy, but they wound up being too small for the drain in which I had planned to use them. The top face is 1.3" in diameter, while the bottom ring (which is what fits into the drain) is only about 15/16".

My set contained two slightly different pieces. One had two U-shaped cutouts on the bottom ring (similar to the ones depicted in the photograph here), which provide tabs that could be bent outward to provide a snugger fit. The second had no such cutouts.

Purchased these as a cover for both of our bathroom sinks after the pop-up drains broke and came out.
Pros
• These fit perfectly in the hole, without any issues.
• They stay put when the water runs over them.
• Can easily be removed if needed.
• Comes with a set of two.
• Very study

Cons
• Holes are small, so it takes the water a little while to drain. Sometimes I have to remove the cover so the water drains quicker.

The items serves its purpose, and I will continue to use them until I can get the pop-ups fixed. Perfect for the price too.

The only problem is it prevents the sink from draining fast enough and leaves suds, toothpaste and whatever you may have spit into the sink in the sink. I give up because I have bought many kinds and have found none that performs up to my husbands standards.

Simple product - I like that is came in a pack of two.

I was looking to replace a standard bathroom drain cover with this and it's a bit too small. The size of the holes also doesn't provide enough draining area and thus the sink drains slower than the water flow building a level. It will also flip over during higher water flow rates.

This drain strainer fit my bathroom sink well and looks nice. Other buyers had complained about the drain strainer being too loose, however I also purchased a Danco 9D00080058 1-1/32-Inch Basket Strainer, Chrome as an add-on item for $1.99 and the two work perfectly for my needs. Yes, it is slightly "loose" but I consider that a benefit in using these 2 items together which I will elaborate on a bit later.
I wanted something to catch hair, but also something to capture tiny caps, rings, or other small items that were at risk for disappearing down an unprotected drain on my small, crowded sink area.
These 2 items fit together well. The drain strainer caps the drain basket easily for a nice look. The drain basket is a little snugger, but because neither is too tight, they are easy to remove and clean. Because it isn't tight, you can easily slip it off and use a plug type drain stopper if/when you wish to fill the sink.
My husband is pleased as he spends far less time cleaning a clogged drain and trap in this bathroom - which has been a constant maintenance headache for him in the past.
I do not understand the occasional comments about this not draining fast enough. Unless it is catching a lot of hair and gunk, it drains very fast - even with the additional basket strainer. Having experience clogged drainpipes, I  suspect they folks have a different problem and it isn't the drain strainer!  If the drain strainer is clogged, clean it out. After all, you purchased it to catch things to avoid a clogged drain so it must be doing its job!
