The sports training system is very reliable, form fitting, an exceptional value, and most of all, gives correct value conversions and accurate heart rate readings.

The PDF download is available online and far better than the instructions. The download is easy to follow and has all the necessary information for set up and operation.

The watch is stylish and works well. The first one we received was essentially DOA and we had to send it back at our expense. The company was very courteous and responsive and the replacement works fine. My wife was concerned that the HR monitor on the treadmill at the gym was inaccurate She was correct. She loves the fact that the face is offset. As I said the replacement works fine but I have a problem with paying to return an item that was DOA which is why I only gave it three stars.

I was drawn to the small size and the shaping which I find unique. It fits really comfortably on my wrist and I'm a petite sized lady. The offset face makes looking at it just that much easier I suppose, but it's cool. So far it appears to be working right and keeping the right numbers for me :) Over all I'm satisfied and happy I got a stylish looking watch that sets me apart from the other ladies.

purchased this monitor for a friend. Unfortunately, it stopped working after only 5 wears. I attempted to replace the battery, but that did not resolve this issue. After 5 uses, the monitor would not turn on anymore. The company did offer to replace it, but I chose a refund instead.

The designers of this watch really put a ton of thought into it. The asymmetrical design not only looks good, it fits my wrist better than the normal, center-aligned watch bands. I train with this four days a week, and i track my heart rate over the months. Other monitors are tedious to use, or give slow feedback when HR changes. This is ideal, both in terms of its responsiveness and cost. A real good deal!

I'm giving this two stars, beause up until the "sync" step, it was really easy to set up. The instruction manual was a bit vague, but it was still pretty understandable. However, right from the get-go, I could not get the watch to sync with the chest strap, therefore making it useless to me. I returned it and went with a Polar model, which I absolutely LOVE. I guess with heart rate monitors, it pays to purchase a more expensive one!
