My commander was a lower end model that did not have these rails. I fitted them in about an hour. There is a drill template and you need to have a pop-rivet tool that can pull 3/16" pop-rivets. Result is very nice. Seller returned my inquiries and answered questions about the fit for my Commander.

These are factory rails. They are designed perfectly and look and function perfectly. Note that to mount you must drill and rivet. If you are not good at using hand tools and do not own a riveter, do not attempt to install. Ask your neighbor or brother-in-law to do it for you. Otherwise they are factory spec and while fully functional, take your machine aesthetically to another level. I am more than pleased and think they should be factory installed on every Commander. $100.00 upgrade, $1000.00 improvement.
