They're made of cheap paper so some of them have little specs of dark stuff in the paper. The yellow is really pale. I got it for a decoupage project where the kids are doing a rainbow and I had to go out and buy a sheet of yellow tissue paper for the yellow in the because it was so pale it looked weird with the other colors. That said, it was delivered in a timely manner if that helps.

Fast shipping, which was great! I know it's tissue paper, but seems a wee bit flimsy even for tissue paper. I got some larger ones, too, from another source which were slightly waxed and much better for my needs (folding into snowflakes shape). These squares aren't bad or anything, just not exactly what I needed at the time.

The colors are very nice, but make sure your hands are dry. Because the tissue paper squares have to be individually torn apart. I Must say that the children loved using them.
