I haven't read too many books about down-low behavior so I got to say this was an eye opener, James Lamar Juice Kennedy had something done to him so horrendus no child should endure and was forced along with a friend to equally do something that'll hunt any sane person throughout life, because of such acts Juice craved money, power and respect. He became a manipulative evil control freak, it was his friend Bones who tried to keep him on the straight and narrow but Juice's insatible cravings got the best of him, through the course of the book Juice posed questions one had to pondered,(if you see someone doing a particular act do that act define who that person is). This book was enlightening it teaches you to never judge a book by its cover and no matter how successful you become you can't CHANGE your PAST, don't be surprise a part two will be made to find out you must read this book. ENJOY!

The book is a novel about real-live situations ~ men who want
power, women who want to be married, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc. The book is more than a novel, it addresses situations and misconceptions about things people, particularly women, want and NEED to know.

OK I confess!!! I have the bad habit of skim reading, and skipping around on books that are....well, less than engaging. By beginning at the end I think King did himself a disservice. A disservice for readers like me who skip about. I just haven't gotten around to reading the rest of the book. Someday I might.....

I was into this book just because of the way it opened. When I read a novel I look for something new for something to get me hooked and wanting to know more. I do not like cookie cutter type of books that just seem to tell the same old story, and this one opened in a very interesting way; a way that I thought could have been thought provoking and deeply entertaining, but I felt like after the first two or three chapters I was reading to regain the intestacy that the book opened with, but I never got drawn back in. To me this book was like meeting someone in a bar that you've been eyeing all night and take the time to try and have a conversation and all they can offer back is to be sexy eye candy with no real thought , they have brought out all that they can offer. So you simply enjoyed the attractive flesh and move on with your life. But I felt cheated with this book it came way to quick and did not even clean it's self up afterward. I wanted my time back when I read the last page. The format of this book was one that I feel was above this authors skill set. This story would have been much more captivating if he would just stuck to a more linear approach. I feel like he set his own bar to high for himself.

This was a great book. It started off slow but I love the characters. Ladies, this is a must read for us. A handsome man who was molested at such a young age and was confused about his sexuality. He grows up to be the richest music mogul but he also lives a secret life.......................which makes me wonder if their could be some truth to this book. I wouldn't be surprised if bits and pieces were. Once you read the entire book, you will know why I said that. You can email me rebecca.smith@aol.com. Thanks!!

This was probably the worst book I have ever read. The characters were not developed and there were so many unanswered questions. I am truly not a critic when it comes to books but I became one after reading this one. A waste of my time this one.

Love on a Two-Way Street for me was very interesting, I wish the book was longer and delved into the charachters a bit longer. I felt like at the end of the book I needed more. It was a very quick read for me. I enjoyed the storyline but there was some instances where I thought some of it was just ubelievable or not realistic. However, all in all I would recommend the book for friends and others to read because I have to admit that if it wasn't a good book I wouldn't have been able to finish and being a new writer My Eyes Are Green I look for books that inrigue and inspire me to want to write a great story and this book did just that for me.

Looking forward to the sequal because there was a cliff hanger ending that I need for the author to rap up for me.

I didn't really know what to expect with this book, but it turned out to be a pageturner. Juice grew up with his addicted mother in the projects. As if growing up with a addicted mother wasn't bad enough..he was also molested by some man his mother told him to refer to as his uncle.

Later in the story Juice becomes wealthy than he ever imagined, but with money comes alot of problems and drama. You'll have to order this book and read it to find out about the s, secrets, betrayal and lies!

This book was GOOD!
