These are actually made by companies in China which is not a bad thing itself. But, after numerous tests I seem to hear a lot farther, better, & clearer without it. When I turn down the TV low enough not to disturb my spouse, this device does not pick up any sound from the TV. Wireless headphones for TV/Radio would be the way to go for that. Since the original package was thrown away it can not be returned, so I dropped it off at the nearest Goodwill Store's donation bin. Reminds me of those X-Ray Glasses in the 1950's advertised on the back of comic books when I was 9 years old! Unfortunately Amazon forces you to give items at least 1 Star ... Actually this product rates a ZERO in my opinion.

how it stays in your ear without like wire to hold it i have no clue but it does. eating usually will loosen it. no held tight. i have a loud and clear a bit louder but 6x the size and not rechargeable. my hearing is pretty bad and all may vary but i can hear with it that is all that counts.

PROS- RECHARGEABLE
HOLDS WELL
VERY SMALL

CONS- NONE BUT SOUND WILL VARY DEPENDING ON HEARING

Had four Stars but it lost one and I'm being nice cause a few weeks it fell out of my ear on the floor and broke in half and that was it.

You pay for one that does not need a battery and they send you one that needs a battery and apologize about their add and never send the right one. This product is a tv product and that is the quality you get ok, but not very good. I don't use it because of what the sound that gets to you ear sounds like. Forget trying to hear something 90 feet away.

This is an excellent hearing amplifier. I am secretary of 2 clubs and the person speaking is always in the back of the room and has a soft voice. It works perfectly. It will not work in a crowd as it picks up everything. I do not use it to watch TV even tho it has crisp, clear sound. It is easy to use, probably the hardest thing is figuring out which size earbud to use. It has the option to insert a AA battery which I use when I have an all day meeting.

This is not something I can insert in my ear and forget. I despise anything in my ear and probably don't insert it deep enough. During an hour meeting, I have to adjust the device 4 to 5 times or it will fall out. The few times I have inserted it deep enough, it stayed steady. shallow or deep ... good sound quality.

This is my second purchase of this item. I bought the first one July 2013. My mistake ... I would leave it uncharged until I wanted to use it and then charge it up. After 2 1/2 years it would not charge. This replacement I will leave charged in at all times until I need it.

Bottom line ..... If it dies .... I will purchase it again. I love it!
