Okay. SO I'm just discovering E.L.F cosmetics and I absolutely love my complete coverage concealer color! Like what was I doing without this in the first place?! I am slightly tan, and I mix the colors together to get the perfect natural look that I like. It blends in so well with my "forever-changing" skin tone, and I even use this to do my brows!! Ugh! I bought both the light and medium so I can mix the colors. It's not the greatest coverage, but does the job around my eyes. If you really need some serious coverage, this may not do the job. I'll use it all, probably, but may not buy again.

It doesn't stay on very well, and I feel like it doesn't have much coverage. I wasn't even able to fully cover a freckle (I have one on my nose that I hate), and that's just a tiny spot on flat skin! That's like the easiest thing to cover with a concealer, but this couldn't quite do it.

I also didn't like the color choices. I have medium/tan/olive skin and I actually bought the light and the medium version of this concealer because I read the light one had darker colors. I have to agree with that because the colors are almost the same between the two palettes. I don't have light skin but I can use the two darkest colors from the "light" palette (though the tone doesn't match). With this "medium" palette I can get a similar shade with 2-3 of the colors, but again I can't find the right tone.

I think these colors may be more well suited to someone with a more warm or pinkish complexion. I have an olive complexion and they all looked kind of pink to me. There may be some colors that are "cooler" or more suited to olive skin but I couldn't tell.

Overall I'm pretty disappointed, but hey, what did I expect at this price? I'd give this two stars, but I added an extra star because the price is impossible to beat!

I love this sleek quad compact filled with four fabulous, customize-able concealers ranging form light, medium and dark shades. This is a great blend of colors to keep you concealed throughout the year from our lighter skin tones during the winter months and darker skin tones during the summer.This is a must for anyone's make-up kit. The highly pigmented formula is easy to blend, and can disguise blemishes, dark circles, and uneven skin tone for a flawless look. This Palette comes in a black plastic covering which you can open up like a compact. The packaging is simple and the shades are visible from the palette through a see-through glass on the palette. There is a small mirror inside as well so we can use it while touching up the face with the concealer. the texture is creamy and soft and blends well, but needs to be done quickly so that it does not dry out. This is a great product that is very handy and affordable. the palette is very useful, and can take care of imperfections very well.

ALWAYS inter-mix your foundations ladies!!
No ones skin is the exact same shade as the others. You can begin by putting a dot of one color on -and then another, and blend until you see a shade that matches YOUR skin color. (comes in 3 different color sets)
This is a light weight foundation make-up. I have always used the expensive ones in the past because the cheaper ones never seemed to feel right, or clogged my pores---until I found e.l.f. I'm a make-up snob and This stuff is really good.
It's about time someone created a foundation that was completely affordable and that actually worked just as well as the costlier brands.
$40. for foundation is crazy. THIS is a perfect alternative to that! Go ahead and mix this with another foundation IF you like, it's very accommodating!
Create a personal shade for your own skin shade, look or preference. Make your skin look beautiful, and even out the tones, or hide blotchy--ness on your face without spending a fortune!

For bargain brand makeup, this is a great buy. It isn't cakey and goes on smoothly. I only give it three stars, because I can feel it when it's on, and it's a little difficult to blend each time I use it for the right/consistent color. I'm no makeup pro, so it takes me awhile to really get my desired look, which is to look like I have no makeup on. Anyway, in more experienced hands, I'm sure they would have better results. Still, a great price for a decent product.
