I would rate this iteam poor quality is cheep. your pet will not like it there legs stick way out in discomfort an will look very unhappy, i was issued a 3.00 dollar refund for my pets dislike. sure these people love pets it shows,

My dog was uncomfortable in it, due to lack of support in the way the dog fits into the carrier. Maybe a smaller dog would work better for it, but my shi tzu hated it. She was also kind of fat and that didn't help

The item I ordered is not what they describe it to be. It's so flimsy you could not put a pet in it, it would harm the pet. Their customer service basically doesn't exist. Don't order from Crazycart if you ever think you might return something. They will give you the run around and then, in the end, tell you they won't take it back. I order hundreds of items from Amazon but they are on my "never order again" list.
