These bowls are a great idea and I love the look of them. I thought the lids would fit like tupperware but they just kinda sit on top. You could never put the lid on these and transport them somewhere. The bowls without the lids were cheaper and likely would be what I would buy.

I purchased this for a bridal shower because it was on her registry. I didn't particularly like it at all, but of course the recipient did. It certainly was a conversation piece since the coloring is unique.

The price seems a little steep for the quality, especially of the lid, which is the reason it lost a star. (But then, the modern/retro aspect of the melamine that gives the bowl a designer flair probably demands that price.) I would recommend tempered glass and/or stainless steel for mixing bowls instead.

Cute bowl, but it broke after a very short fall into the sink. Also, before it broke, the lid did not go on and off very well. You could snap it on after punching down all the way around it, but it was very difficult to remove. I have had better luck with other Zak products.

I just got these bowls and love them, not just because they are durable and pretty, but the lids make them perfect for taking food to people or saving in the refrigerator without having to get out another container. The are the perfect size for mixing and hold up well with electric beaters as well. I feel like I'm going to have these for a long, long time.

Anything that makes life easier in the kitchen is my kind of product. This Zak bowl cuts so many steps that it is now my "go to bowl" for everything. It's very durable and the best part is you can mix your dish in it, including using a hand mixer, serve in it and then if there are any leftovers, you simply snap on the plastic top and refrigerate. What could be more simple than one bowl used for three steps? They come in a lot of fun colors that also decorate your table. Also, this product is made from recycled materials so keeping your vow to go green is also easy.

The less mess I have to clean up when cooking the better, that is why this "Zak Confetti Mixing Bowl with Lid" is a must in everyone's kitchen. This is the perfect size for prepping, serving and then with the convenient lid storing. I did notice that the lid was a little loose however not enough to fall off. It's durability allows for a hand mixer to be used right in the bowl time and time again. This will be an item I will be giving as a gift to all who are furnishing a kitchen.

These bowls are great, they feature the large size of a normal mixing bowl but come with a durrable, tight-fitting lid, eliminating the need for storage containers. Their recycled material is eco-friendly as well as visually appealing. I would recommend these bowls to everyone from the ocasional lunch maker, to the experienced chef, everyone has an application for them. At the price you cant really go wrong, they make an excellent gift or just a nice splurge item that wont break the bank.
