The o bar works great for my daughter beginning around 18 months! She was dying to ride a scooter like her big bro! The seat if manufactured in the US doesn't not have height adjustment thus was way too small for her when we got it. Don't bother with it unless you can get it overseas. You can buy the O bar only directly from the company's website for $19, free shipping.

i should have been more thorough before i made this purchase, and read all the reviews (but i didn't). only after i received the product did i realize that the seat is too low for my daughter (22mos), but the o bar still a little too "hard" for her to ride with alone. the pictures show an adjustable seat height, but apparently, it's not true of the US product. don't make the same mistake i did!

So shortly after we bought it, we thought it was a useless purchase. We installed o-bar with a seat first. Our toddler who was around 1.5 years old at the time of purchase, has always been big for his age, so the seat even in the highest position was too low for him. He would ride the scooter sitting on the seat and would always tip forward or fall sideways because his legs were in the way. We took the whole thing off and installed regular T-bar. Now some time later, at 21 m.o. we noticed that he is not making any progress riding his micro mini with regular bar. That's when we took O-bar out of closet, removed the seat , discarded it, and installed o-bar instead of T-bar. Immediate SUCCESS!! Our son is 36 inches tall and O-bar only looks low for him , but in reality it's just perfect - it lets him tilt his weight a bit forward and lets him learn to balance and scoot. Within 2 weeks he progressed so fast that now i have to really run the whole time after him when he's riding. O-bar is perfect for early riders!!

I bought this kit solely for the o-handle for my daughter who wasn't tall enough to use the regular t-bar. The o-handle is perfect for her and was easy to install. I can't speak to the seat part of this kit but it looked like a sturdy enough piece. Overall I am very happy with this brand. We have 2 scooters from them and have had no problems.

This is a great accessory for the mini micro scooter!! My 16-month-old daughter (50th percentile for height) was already too tall for the seat in the lower setting, but the upper setting works great! I've also used this with my 22-month-old niece (95th percentile for height) and my 20-month-old niece (35th percentile for height) and they've both loved it and easily learned how to use it! It's easy to remove and replace the seat for different level riders. It also takes less than 30 seconds to switch out this accessory for the T-bar that comes with the mini micro so my 5-year-old daughter can also continue to ride the scooter. We've had our mini micro scooter for 3 1/2 years now, and it's nice to be able to purchase this accessory so my younger daughter can use the product without the need to purchase an additional scooter. I highly recommend this product!!

Very happy with this product for my 1.5 year old. Gave some new life to his brothers' Micro that they outgrew, but that he is too small to use yet standing up. As stated another review, the seat height is not adjustable on this version.

However, if you own a small drill press or have a steady hand with a power drill, it would be very easy to add a hole in the handle shaft, which I plan to do in a year. I unscrewed the hex bolt in front of the seat that holds it through the shaft. Looks like just a 3/8 inch drill bit is all that would be required.

It is a simple case of monkey see monkey do. It's a great addition for the Kickboard, but my 1.5 year old would't use it. He would watch his older brother ride his Kickboard, and before you knew it the youngest was riding. I gave them a 4, because I am a fan of their Kickboards.
