This gets plenty of bird traffic, but attracts far more sparrows than the Oriole Delight which I like better. We have bluebirds that eat mealworms, but never from the suet cakes. If you aren't particular about what birds you attract, this is probably ok.

The birds here regularly eat these Mealworm Suet cakes. The best part is that they are truly "no melt" - the cake appears to have been ground up and compressed into a non-sticky form. I believe the birds prefer the Mealworm cakes with whole worms in them - but they are generally more expensive. I did find a reasonably priced Mealworm Suet with the whole worms - through Amazon - Sahuaro was the brand.
