I bought this magnetic tape specifically to attach to Good Living Jumbo Neon Snack Clips in Green & Orange, Set of 6 so I could get them out of my kitchen drawers and onto the fridge. It works well for that, and a few other odds uses around the house, such as holding bobby pins and small twist pins in the bathroom. Aleene's magnetic tape has good adhesive on one side - and it's easy to peel away the protective covering - and a magnetic side that could be better but is serviceable for light objects. I am giving it five stars because it worked really well for my intended use; I understood from the start that this tape isn't super magnetically strong. I can easily recommend this magnetic tape for light applications.

These have almost no magnetic power. Everything kept on sliding off (I tried to fix a very light magnet that broke). The sticky side is not sticky at all and you will need superglue to hold it to any object. Might be okay for some items that weigh less than half an ounce.

The glue used on these magnetic dots must be poor quality, because they do not stick at all. Every single thing I used it on, including paper, fell off after just a couple of hours. Don't waste your money.

This magnetic tape is easy to cut, the adhesive has a great hold and the magnet has a great hold! Since it comes in a roll, it has a bit of a bend to it so if you want to overcome that, I suggest weighing it down and laying it flat before sticking it on your project.

I thought four stars was automatic sufficient quality ...
I am putting up a small piece of cardboard on a frig.
Using four corners .... No
Adding peripheral side stripes .. Came tumbling down ...
Had to use 3/4 of the entire roll and in a hodge lodge quilt on the back w coverage of 60% of the surface area I found out that it is not possible to manufacture magnetic tape with a sufficient polarity for any thicker than construction paper using just four corners ...

I really prefer not to make one star reviews but I just bought this and lost $5.00!

This is a decently strong magnet. It works well for for simple stuff for the fridge - I laminated some little organizational type charts for the fridge and this keeps them up there just fine. However, I wanted to attach a magnet to the inside of my kitchen sink cabinet to attach the garbage disposal tool for easy access, but this was too heavy and the tool just slipped right off the magnet. So it is strong enough for regular crafts for the fridge but not to hold anything of any substantial weight.

This magnetic tape is awesome. I bought it for the inside of my medicine cabinet to stick bobby pins, nail clippers, tweezers, etc on and it works like a charm.

The back of the magnetic tape is sticky enough to hold it well to whatever surface you apply it to. I've had it up for a few weeks now with no issues. I have applied it to wood and the inside of a medicine cabinet -- not sure what this surface technically is, but it's almost like thick cardboard lining the back of the mirror -- and have not noticed the magnetic tape trying to peel off at all.

It got the job done in providing a backing for much stronger magnets. I do wish it was stronger in its own though. For light duty tasks I imagine this will work well for most people. The adhesive has held just fine for over a month, no peeling around the edges or any of that.
