The box is great. Exactly what I expected and the perfect size. What I'm annoyed about is the Amazon labels they slapped on the plastic. This did not ship in a box, which is completely fine but Amazon decided to put the shipping sticker directly on the plastic box top and side which was impossible to get off. So now my nice box looks crappy because even after 10-15 minutes I still can't get the label off. I shouldn't have had to waste this much time trying to get labels off the product I purchased.

This was not shipped in a box, just had cellophane around it to keep the lid closed. The side lip was broken off and the shard was inside the box. Even without the damage, it is not worth $16 by any stretch of the imagination. I am returning it and would not be interested in a replacement because I think it is not very sturdy.

Update; after contacting the supplier they shipped me a replacement file box, in a cardboard shipping box, and this one was not damaged. It works for the purpose of holding my files in a relatively sturdy clear container, so I have updated my stars from one to three. I still don't think it is worth the cost.

Solid build quality and great lids, these boxes are exactly what we needed for storing insurance papers, tax info, personal documents, etc. My favorite things about these boxes are the handles. Very comfortable, and easy to manage when I have to get them down from the top of our closet. I mention this because other boxes will bite into your hand or be difficult to lift, but these are a breeze.

This is exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I really like the fact that this file box can handle either letter or legal hanging file folders. When the first box came, it only contained the lid. I called customer service, and they were very pleasant about sending both the box and the lid. I would order from them again.

I just like this so much I think I might buy another one or two. The size is just perfect because it's not to big or to small. I have to store them up high and am not built like like an amazon, lol. Any larger and I couldn't carry it. I can fit legal and letter size of files and wallet jackets/files or if I prefer I can use pendaflex style too.
