Compact, melts cheese quickly. Pans are excellent, Cheese slides off them very easily An electrical extension cable might be required as the cable with the grill is quite short

Having lived in Switzerland for 35 years, we missed our raclette. This machine is very similar to the ones we had back in Geneva. It is cheap and compact and it works very well. I am a traditionalist as far as raclette goes so I simply eat raclette cheese an potatoes and drink wine. The grill on to got very little use but it did get very hot.

Love this machine and I am sure it will get much use over the next few years.
