I just harvested a few beets from this mix and they're very tasty and sweet! They germinated and grew well over the season. I got a great mix of colors. I didn't know that beet seeds could grow multiple plants from each seed so if you want bigger beets, be sure to thin them since otherwise the plants and subsequently the root bulbs will grow right next to each other stunting the size of your beets. The greens are delicious too. One thing I was not aware of is that homegrown beets have a slightly bitter taste to the skin and you can either peel them or roast them to remove the bitterness.
